Unlocked a few times. I spent over 1 hour trying to release my wife 2012 fiat 500 truck latch and discovered it should only take 5 min by accident. I read a post on another fiat forum where this could be something that happens when it becomes very cold outside so going to try again when it warms up in a few days.

So i unlock and lock several times no luck. All you need is a flat head scr. Just happened to me about 10 minutes ago.
